De ce alte persoane particip\u0103 la maraton? \u00cen timp ce al\u021bii, pur \u0219i simplu nu fac nimic. De ce milioane de oameni se duc la munc\u0103 \u00een fiecare zi?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u00cenainte de a dezbate mai departe ce este sau nu este motivarea, trebuei s\u0103 facem distinc\u021bie \u00eentre:&nbsp;<strong>Motivare versus Motiva\u021bie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Motivarea = ac\u021biunea \/ procesul de a motiva pe cineva;<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Motivarea = totalitatea motivelor care determin\u0103 ac\u021biunea;<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">De aici deducem c\u0103,&nbsp;<strong>tehnic<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>motivarea este ac\u021biunea de a motiva, dar \u0219i rezultatele acestei ac\u021biuni.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Din perspectiva unui manager, motiva\u021bia este unul dintre cei doi factori ai performan\u021bei, al\u0103turi de capacita\u021bile profesionale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#c91c9d\" class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Performan\u021ba = f (capacitati x motiva\u021bie)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Dac\u0103 unul dintre cei doi factori este zero, atunci performan\u021ba este zero. (<strong><em>orientarea comportamentului<\/em><\/strong>);<\/p><p>Cum pot fi men\u021binute comportamentele dezirabile ale angaja\u021bilor? (<strong><em>sus\u021binerea comportamentului<\/em><\/strong>);<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Merit\u0103 eviden\u021biat faptul c\u0103 aten\u021bia managerilor este \u00een continuare centrat\u0103 foarte mult pe g\u0103sirea diverselor modalit\u0103\u021bi de motivare non-financiar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Cum teoria precede mereu practica, iar pentru a ne atinge obiectivele cu privire la motivarea angaja\u021bilor trebuie s\u0103 cunoa\u0219tem, \u00eenainte de toate, principiile cu privire la ce \u00eei impulsioneaz\u0103 pe oameni \u0219i care sunt priorit\u0103\u021bile lor.
