S\u0103 fii un bun manager reprezint\u0103 o provocare incredibil de dificil\u0103 pentru extrem de mul\u021bi profesioni\u0219ti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acum aproape o sut\u0103&nbsp;de ani, autorul care a pus bazele managementului&nbsp;\u015ftiin\u0163ific, Frederick Taylor postula principiul \u201cEviden\u0163a strict\u0103&nbsp;a timpului&nbsp;\u015fi normarea muncii\u201d, f\u0103c\u00e2nd un pas uria\u015f&nbsp;spre cre\u015fterea eficien\u0163ei \u00een organiza\u0163ie. Managementul \u00eenseamn\u0103&nbsp;conducerea eficient\u0103 \u015fi eficace a unei activit\u0103\u0163i. Din perspectiva aceasta, managerul nu poate face afaceri profitabile pentru firma de care r\u0103spunde dac\u0103&nbsp;nu&nbsp;\u015ftie s\u0103&nbsp;gestioneze eficient resursele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Six Sigma, 5S, Delphi, Ishikawa, Pareto, SWAT, GANTT <\/strong>\u0219i multe alte astfel de denumiri v\u0103 spun, cu siguran\u021b\u0103, multe lucruri. Analiza PESTLE<\/strong> este un instrument strategic de studiu al principalilor factori care pot influen\u021ba activitatea unei firme sau organiza\u021bii, din exteriorul acesteia. Trebuie s\u0103 calcula\u021bi riscurile \u0219i beneficiile sau, cel pu\u021bin, trebuie s\u0103 face\u021bi un studiu de pia\u021b\u0103. Produsul ar trebui s\u0103 fie livrabil \u0219i stabil la finalul fiec\u0103rui sprint \u00eencheiat. <\/li><li>Calitatea produsului livrat &#8211; \u00een cazul utiliz\u0103rii metodologiei Agile, calitatea produsului este crescut\u0103 \u00eentruc\u00e2t acesta a trecut prin mai multe faze de testare complet\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la momentul livr\u0103rii. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Predictibilitate &#8211; este unul din atuurile importante ale utiliz\u0103rii metodologiei <strong>Agile<\/strong>. Predictibilitatea este crescut\u0103 sincronic, deoarece \u00een orice moment al proiectului se \u0219tie ce func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi existau la finalul sprint-ului anterior \u0219i, cu o precizie crescut\u0103, cele care vor fi ad\u0103ugate pe parcursul sprint-ului curent. <\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Analiza SWOT<\/strong> reprezint\u0103 prima etap\u0103 \u00een dezvoltarea unei idei, ca s\u0103 ave\u021bi o privire clar\u0103 asupra ceea ce dori\u021bi s\u0103 dezvolta\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SWOT este acronimul pentru<\/strong>&nbsp;patru indicatori descriptivi ai unei afaceri: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 fiind vorba despre&nbsp;<strong>Puncte tari, Puncte slabe, Oportunit\u0103\u0163i \u0219i Amenin\u0163\u0103ri. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>analiz\u0103 SWOT<\/strong> v\u0103 impune s\u0103 v\u0103 uita\u021bi la poten\u021bialul afacerii, fie c\u0103 sunte\u021bi abia la \u00eenceput, fie c\u0103 vre\u021bi s\u0103 trece\u021bi la urm\u0103torul nivel. Aceasta v\u0103 ofer\u0103 o perspectiv\u0103 de ansamblu nu doar asupra performan\u021bei companiei la momentul actual, ci \u0219i la modul \u00een care s-ar putea desf\u0103\u0219ura lucrurile pentru o s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 sau chiar peste un an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, <strong>analiza SWOT<\/strong> este o tehnic\u0103 de evaluare a performan\u021bei, a concuren\u021bei, a riscului \u0219i a poten\u021bialului unei afaceri \u00een ansamblu, precum \u0219i o parte a unei afaceri. Poka Yoke<\/strong> este un instrument al calit\u0103\u0163ii inventat \u015fi implementat de inginerul japonez <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shigeo_Shingo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Shingo Shigeo  (opens in a new tab)\"><strong><em>Shingo Shigeo<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>(Dudek-Burlikowska and Szewieczek, 2009). Prin traducerea celor dou\u0103 cuvinte japoneze <strong>\u201ePoka\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 gre\u015feal\u0103 \u015fi <strong>\u201eYoke\u201d<\/strong> \u2013&nbsp;a evita, se ajunge la traducerea metodei <strong>\u201ePoka Yoke\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;(Shimbun, 1988). De-a lungul timpului au fost observate echipe care au avut succes \u0219i echipe care au e\u0219uat. Cercet\u0103rile nu au identificat nici o leg\u0103tur\u0103 direct\u0103 cu inteligen\u021ba sau experien\u021ba profesional\u0103 a membrilor echipei, ci o leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu modul \u00een care s-au comportat membrii echipei. Astfel, s-au identificat 9 tipuri de comportamente, denumite&nbsp;<em><strong>&#8222;Roluri de echip\u0103&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;care au contribu\u021bii diferite \u00een echip\u0103. Modelul acestor trei categorii de roluri se suprapune foarte bine peste <em>modelul de descriere a unei echipe prin intermediul obiectivelor, indivizilor \u015fi rela\u0163iilor dintre ace\u015ftia. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Aplicarea \u00een practic\u0103 a acestor dou\u0103 modele ne permite s\u0103 \u00een\u0163elegem \u015fi s\u0103 decidem asupra tipurilor de contribu\u0163ii necesare echipei conform cu situa\u0163ia concret\u0103 \u00een care se afl\u0103 aceasta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiecare rol are plusuri \u0219i lucruri de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit, \u00eens\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 cele<strong> 9 roluri<\/strong> creeaz\u0103 o dinamic\u0103 ce conduce c\u0103tre <strong><em>performan\u021b\u0103.<\/em><\/strong> Iar echilibrul rolurilor este dat \u0219i de obiectivul echipei.
