Cum \u00ee\u021bi motivezi angaja\u021bii pentru a r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u0219i pentru a fi productivi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/en\/motivarea-angajatilor-intre-mit-si-realitate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Motivarea angaja\u021bilor<\/a> trebuie s\u0103 fie corelat\u0103 cu atingerea unor obiective clare, pentru a stabili direc\u021bia \u00een care ace\u0219tia trebuie s\u0103 se \u00eendrepte. \u00cens\u0103 modul \u00een care ace\u0219tia sunt motiva\u021bi \u021bine de strategia fiec\u0103rei organiza\u021bii (companii) \u00een parte, \u0219i poate s\u0103 includ\u0103 at\u00e2t stimuli financiari, c\u00e2t \u0219i recompense emo\u021bionale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">C\u00e2nd vorbim despre motiva\u021bii financiare,  \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 angajatorul cheltuie bani pe o recompens\u0103 direct\u0103&nbsp;sau angajatul prime\u0219te un fel de recompens\u0103 monetar\u0103. Recompensele financiare sunt motiva\u021bii pe termen scurt pentru angaja\u021bi \u0219i sunt uitate mai t\u00e2rziu, de-a lungul carierei lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Screenshot-2019-07-15-at-13.48.29-1021x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1005\" width=\"700\" height=\"768\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Spre deosebire de motivarea financiar\u0103, factorii non-financiari sunt mai des \u00eent\u00e2lni\u021bi \u0219i pot scoate \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 creativitatea managerilor. Aceast\u0103 metod\u0103 necesit\u0103 mai mult timp \u0219i efort din partea managerului, dar are efecte de durat\u0103. Noi am adunat c\u00e2teva exemple de metode non-financiare, pe care le-am fragmentat \u00een 3 categorii.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Screenshot-2019-07-15-at-13.48.12-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1006\" width=\"700\" height=\"768\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai jos reg\u0103se\u0219ti o list\u0103 cu propunerile noastre de strategii inedite de motivare non-financiar\u0103, pe care le po\u021bi implementa cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i rapiditate, le po\u021bi personaliza conform specificului afacerii \u0219i biroului t\u0103u, pentru ca angaja\u021bii s\u0103 se simt\u0103 implica\u021bi \u0219i aprecia\u021bi, iar rezultatele lor s\u0103 creasc\u0103 productivitatea business-ului t\u0103u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"Font:16px wp-block-list\"><li>Ofer\u0103-le angaja\u021bilor t\u0103i o \u201cschimbare de peisaj\u201d, fie c\u0103 redecorezi spa\u021biul de lucru, fie c\u0103 personalizezi fiecare birou \u00een parte, fie c\u0103 organizezi o zi de munc\u0103 \u00eentr-un alt spa\u021biu, alt\u0103 loca\u021bie, etc.<\/li><li>Stabile\u0219te urm\u0103toarea \u0219edin\u021b\u0103 de informare s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal\u0103 \/ lunar\u0103 \u00een pauza de mas\u0103 \u0219i invit\u0103 echipa la un restaurant. La fel po\u021bi proceda \u0219i \u00een cazul discu\u021biilor de tip &#8222;brainstorming&#8221;. <\/li><li>Ocazional, serve\u0219te cafeaua cu angaja\u021bii \/colegii \/ subalternii t\u0103i \u0219i povesti\u021bi despre hobby-uri, activit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i intere extra job. Vei afla multe lucruri care te vor ajuta s\u0103-i \u00een\u021belegi mai bine pe viitor. <\/li><li>Fixeaz\u0103 o zi de munc\u0103 pe lun\u0103 \u00een care angaja\u021bii s\u0103 poat\u0103 munci de acas\u0103 \u2013 \u201cwork from home\u201d. Vei fi surprins c\u00e2t de satisf\u0103cu\u021bi vor fi.<\/li><li>Organizeaz\u0103 pentru echipa ta o zi de activit\u0103\u021bi recreative: yoga, dans, etc.&nbsp;Aceste activit\u0103\u021bi de grup vor ajuta la coeziunea echipei. <\/li><li>Desemneaz\u0103 \u00een fiecare lun\u0103 sau s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 un \u201cresponsabil cu buna dispozi\u021bie\u201d. Acesta va avea rolul de a g\u0103si metode inedite de a aduce z\u00e2mbetul pe buzele colegilor s\u0103i.
