







{"id":1342,"date":"2020-02-21T11:55:54","date_gmt":"2020-02-21T11:55:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/?p=1342"},"modified":"2020-02-28T06:54:31","modified_gmt":"2020-02-28T06:54:31","slug":"cele-mai-frecvente-8-tipuri-de-risipe-din-companii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/en\/cele-mai-frecvente-8-tipuri-de-risipe-din-companii\/","title":{"rendered":"Cele mai frecvente 8 tipuri de risipe din companii"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong><em>&#8222;Printr-o cr\u0103p\u0103tur\u0103 mic\u0103 str\u0103bate apa \u00een corabia cea mare&#8221;<\/em><\/strong>, spune un vechi proverb. <br><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen terminologia Lean, activit\u0103\u021bile dintr-un proces se \u00eempart \u00een trei mari categorii:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>activit\u0103\u021bi care adaug\u0103 valoare din perspectiva clientului: cele efectuate pentru a transforma un produs sau un serviciu, din forma ini\u021bial\u0103 \u00eentr-o form\u0103a final\u0103, cerut\u0103 de client, efectuate corect de prima dat\u0103 \u0219i pentru care clientul este dispus s\u0103 plateasc\u0103. Putem exemplifica procesarea comenzii, aprovizionarea, procesarea materialelor, ambalarea, livrarea, facturarea etc.;<\/li><li>activit\u0103\u021bi care nu adaug\u0103 valoare din perspectiva clientului, dar sunt necesare organiza\u021biei. Cu alte cuvinte, activit\u0103\u021bi pe care organiza\u021bia le efectueaz\u0103, fie pentru c\u0103 exist\u0103 reglement\u0103ri, fie pentru propriul interes, precum raport\u0103rile c\u0103tre autorit\u0103\u021bile fiscale, eviden\u021bele documentelor legale sau m\u0103surile de protec\u021bie a muncii;<\/li><li>activit\u0103\u021bi care nu adaug\u0103 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ro.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Analiza_valorii_ad\u0103ugate\">valoare<\/a><\/strong>. A\u0219tept\u0103ri, refaceri, controale, inventare, repara\u021bii, ob\u021binerea de semn\u0103turi, \u0219edinte, raport\u0103ri reprezint\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bi care nu sunt nici impuse \u0219i nici dorite de c\u0103tre client, cu alte cuvinte, pierderi.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen metodologia lean, pierderile sunt cel mai des asociate risipei. Pierderile pot fi u\u0219or de recunoscut prin intermediul de\u0219eurilor rezultate, refacerea unui produs, \u0219edin\u021bele lungi \u0219i neproductive \u0219i prin exces de birocra\u021bie organiza\u021bional\u0103. Acestea mai pot fi asociate \u0219i cu timpul suplimentar pentru efectuarea unor activit\u0103\u021bi, lucrul \u00een exces sau stocurile de siguran\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Semnale care arat\u0103 risipa \u00een proces<\/strong>:                                                                                  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oamenii lucreaz\u0103 din greu, \u0219i performan\u021ba se las\u0103 a\u0219teptat\u0103;              Cantitate mare de WIP (work in progress) \/ produc\u021bie neterminat\u0103;<br>Se lucreaz\u0103 \u00een loturi;<br>Este agita\u021bie continu\u0103 prin sec\u021bie (oamenilor le lipse\u0219te ceva \u0219i caut\u0103); Performan\u021ba nu este m\u0103surat\u0103 zilnic.                                                      R\u0103spunsul la \u00eentrebarea \u201eDe ce lucrezi a\u0219a?\u201d este \u201eA\u0219a am lucrat tot timpul\u201d sau \u201eNumai a\u0219a se poate\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O prim\u0103 list\u0103 a risipelor clasice ne-a fost transmis\u0103 de japonezi, prin intermediul celor <strong>7 &#8222;muda&#8221;<\/strong> (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Muda_(Japanese_term)\">muda = risip\u0103<\/a><\/strong>), list\u0103 pe care ne tot str\u0103duim s\u0103 o extindem. De multe ori este cunoscut\u0103 sub forma zicalei<strong> &nbsp;\u201cutilizarea barosului pentru a sparge o nuc\u0103\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exemple pentru aceast\u0103 risip\u0103:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Luarea de m\u0103suri care nu sunt necesare pentru a efectua un proces, datorit\u0103 slabului layout \u0219i aranjarea utilajelor;<\/li><li>Prelucrarea ineficient\u0103 din cauza designului inadecvat \/ slab al ustensilelor \u0219i produselor;<\/li><li>Efectuarea controlului \u00een exces (mai mult dec\u00e2t este necesar).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eliminarea activit\u0103\u0163ilor f\u0103r\u0103 valoare \u015fi automatizarea proceselor pot fi solu\u0163ii de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ire considerabil\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 privin\u0163\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fancy-title-72\">5. Transportul ineficient =  mut\u0103ri \/ mi\u0219c\u0103ri inutile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"588\" height=\"387\" src=\"https:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/waste-cartoons-1-6-638.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1410\" srcset=\"http:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/waste-cartoons-1-6-638.jpg 588w, http:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/waste-cartoons-1-6-638-300x197.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 588px) 100vw, 588px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Este legat de mi\u0219carea excesiv\u0103 \u0219i manipularea materialelor pe distan\u021be lungi.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Aceast\u0103 risip\u0103 este creat\u0103 de:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Echipament \/ tehnici inadecvate de transport;<\/li><li>Amplasarea gre\u0219it\u0103 a utilajelor;<\/li><li>Management de loturi&nbsp;mari;<\/li><li>Distan\u021be mari \u00eentre procese;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reducerea timpului de procesare, eliminarea documentelor inutile \u0219i virtualizarea procesului pot fi solu\u021bii de rezolvare a aceastei pierderi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fancy-title-37\">6. Exces de stoc = neplanificare \u015fi\/sau prognoz\u0103 gre\u015fit\u0103 \u015fi \u00eenseamn\u0103 costuri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"488\" height=\"393\" src=\"https:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/waste-cartoons-1-7-638.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1414\" srcset=\"http:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/waste-cartoons-1-7-638.jpg 488w, http:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/waste-cartoons-1-7-638-300x242.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Apare atunci c\u00e2nd exist\u0103 materie prim\u0103 inutil\u0103, multe unit\u0103\u021bi&nbsp;\u00een proces (WIP), produse finite, instrumente sau orice bun \/ resurs\u0103 necesare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Excesul de stoc ascunde problemele cum ar fi: dezechilibre \u00een produc\u021bie, livr\u0103ri \u00eent\u00e2rziate ale furnizorilor, defecte, timpi de nefunc\u021bionare a utilajelor, set\u0103ri \u00eendelungate, schimb\u0103ri de produc\u021bie lungi, \u0219i multe altele.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solu\u0163ia const\u0103 \u00eentr-un control al stocurilor de tip Kanban<\/strong> (este o tehnic\u0103 de <strong>management de produc\u0163ie<\/strong> care folose\u015fte carduri ata\u015fate de componente \/ containere pentru a monitoriza fluxul materialelor \u00een fabric\u0103).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fancy-title-58\">7. Deplas\u0103rile inutile = mi\u015fcarea care nu aduce valoare procesului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"614\" height=\"389\" src=\"https:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/waste-cartoons-1-8-638.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1432\" srcset=\"http:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/waste-cartoons-1-8-638.jpg 614w, http:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/waste-cartoons-1-8-638-300x190.jpg 300w, http:\/\/conceptahr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/waste-cartoons-1-8-638-320x202.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Mi\u0219c\u0103ri fizice pe care angaja\u021bii le fac \u00een exces<\/strong> din cauza lipsei de planificare \u00een domeniul ergonomic, oferind productivitate sc\u0103zut\u0103 \u0219i oboseal\u0103 muscular\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 risip\u0103 este v\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een activit\u0103\u021bi precum: aplecare, \u00eentindere, mersul pe jos, ridicare, a ajunge la ceva, c\u0103utare \u0219i sortare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt exemplu: apelezi la un departament \u015fi e\u015fti \u00eendrumat, pe r\u00e2nd, c\u0103tre altele, pentru ca \u00een final s\u0103 fii redirec\u0163ionat c\u0103tre cel la care ai apelat ini\u0163ial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solu\u0163ia general\u0103 este instruirea personalului \u015fi managementul resurselor (work cell) pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163i calitatea, viteza, costul procesului \u015fi eliminarea pierderilor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#f78dd6;font-size:21px\" class=\"has-background\"><strong>Fa\u021b\u0103 de cele \u0219apte risipe clasice, \u00een ultima vreme este eviden\u021bit\u0103 suplimentar, ca foarte important\u0103, risipa de talente \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi: oameni care nu sunt pu\u0219i \u00een valoare \u0219i care efectueaz\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bi cu mult sub poten\u021bialul lor.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fancy-title-79\">8. Risipa talentului = utilizarea necorespunz\u0103toare a poten\u0163ialului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure
